I've read some research showing that blue light can mess with your sleep, which in turn can affect your mental health. When you look at screens at night, like your phone or computer, it can suppress melatonin production. Melatonin is the hormone that makes you feel sleepy, and when it gets disrupted, it can throw off your sleep schedule. Over time, the lack of quality sleep can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and even depression. I try to use blue light filters on my devices or wear blue light glasses in the evenings, and it seems to help my sleep a bit.

There's a lot of discussion around blue light and its effects on mental health. While some people might not notice any changes, others can be quite sensitive. It's not guaranteed that blue light will affect everyone the same way, but if you find your sleep or mood is off, it could be worth looking into. I'd suggest experimenting with reducing screen time before bed or using blue light blocking filters to see if it makes a difference. Just make sure to consider other factors too, like stress or caffeine, that might also be impacting your mental health.
