Turmeric or ginger, which is better for inflammation?

I'm trying to ease my joint pain naturally and heard both are good options.

I've been using turmeric for my arthritis, and it's made a noticeable difference in my joint pains! The key, I learned, is to pair it with black pepper, which helps with absorption. I take it daily with my meals, and while it might take a while to notice, it's become a staple for me. Ginger, I hear, is great too, especially for nausea, but for inflammation, turmeric is my go-to.

I'm not an expert, but I swear by ginger for most of my aches and pains. I find it helps with muscle pain faster for me, maybe because I take it as a fresh tea. However, I have to be careful since I take blood thinners, and ginger can interfere with them. Turmeric is great too but seems more suited for chronic inflammation rather than sudden pain relief.
