Reducing visceral fat involves more than just hitting the gym. In my experience as a fitness coach, it’s all about combining diet and exercise smartly. Focus on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training. Both help improve muscle mass, which in turn burns more fat even at rest. Diet-wise, aim for high protein and fiber intake, which keeps you full longer. Avoid trans fats and be wary of reduced-fat products—often, they're packed with sugar instead. Finally, measure your waist, not just your weight, once a week to track real progress.
