One of the best tips I've found for improving sleep is sticking to a regular sleep schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This helps your body’s internal clock. Also, make your bedroom a sleep-friendly zone. Keep it dark, quiet, and cool. If noise is an issue, try earplugs or a white noise machine. I've also found that cutting down on screens an hour before bed makes a big difference, as the blue light really messes with melatonin production.
