As a personal trainer, I've seen great results with my clients who do hybrid training. It combines cardio and strength workouts, meaning you're improving your endurance while also building muscle. This is particularly helpful if you're short on time because you get the benefits of both in one session. It's true, though, if you're aiming for specific goals like bodybuilder-level muscle growth, traditional strength training might be more effective. However, for general fitness and strength, hybrid training is a solid option.
