I've heard some studies say coffee drinkers live longer. Is that true?

Oh man, I'm a total coffee lover, and I really want to believe this! From what I've gathered, some research does suggest that people who drink coffee tend to live longer, but it's not like a guarantee, you know? My grandma drank coffee every day and she lived well into her 90s, but she also ate pretty well and exercised. I think it's a combination of things, not just coffee alone.

I read about this too! Apparently, coffee has antioxidants that are known to be good for your body. They can help reduce inflammation and might lower your risk of diseases like heart disease and diabetes, which can be factors in longevity. But like anything, it all comes down to moderation. Too much caffeine isn't great either. I personally stick to 2 cups a day and feel good about it.
