I've been doing a 75-minute interval walking session once a week for a couple of months now, and I gotta say, it's been really effective for me. I don't have loads of time between work and family, so this fits perfectly into my schedule. While I wasn't expecting much, I've noticed a difference in how my clothes fit around my waist. Plus, it's way easier to stick to. So, yeah, from my experience, I'd say it does help!

I understand the appeal of a once-weekly workout, especially for those with packed schedules. But I think it's important to approach it with realistic expectations. I’d suggest starting with the once-weekly session and see how it feels, then adjust based on your progress and needs. It might be worth doing other small exercises during the week for better results. Stay patient and listen to your body!
