Do mental health apps really work, or is it just a fad?

I've tried a few different ones, but I always end up quitting after a couple weeks. Is it just me?

In my experience, mental health apps can be helpful, but they're not a one-stop solution. I started using an app for anxiety a year ago, and it was useful for tracking my mood and practicing mindfulness exercises. Setting a reminder to use the app at the same time every day helped me stay on track.

If you're struggling to stay engaged, maybe try using the app as part of a daily routine or setting specific, achievable goals. It might be worth giving them another shot with a fresh perspective.
